I just got approved to maxbounty about an hour ago. How do I find a good offer to promote and how do I go about promoting it? Im completely new to cpa and internet marketing as a whole and am open to all advice. I have like 5 bucks atm to use if I have to do ppc, but I would like to build up some cash from promoting for free and then use ppc with earnings if possible. Thanks in advance for the help.

You can find many posts which can really help you in this forum. I will advise you to go with free traffic method as 5$ as ads budget is nothing , have a look at this post by CHAD

I'm fairly certain Maxbounty has a lot of "get paid" to take survey offers. If I were you, with only $5 in my pocket, I would try to promote these offers with free traffic. Setup some Facebook fan pages that appeal to the niche and invite your friends to them. Post valuable information but also add in a survey offer to monetize. You can also garner more free traffic by utilizing sources such as squidoo (go for SEO rankings).

If you already command some traffic and know what type of campaign you're looking for, but not sure which specific campaign you should run, ask your affiliate manager for advice. Everyone on MaxBounty gets an affiliate manager, and while they're all very busy, I'm sure yours would be willing to help you. They're familiar with all the campaigns, which ones convert best, which have open caps, etc. Your affiliate manager is your ally in this business.


This makes it more difficult. You need to already have traffic to properly make use of your affiliate manager. It sounds like you've started a little backwards in this business. Most people start out by acquiring traffic and then trying to monetize it OR simply buying traffic from third parties (contextual networks, google, facebook, whatever) and passing it on to sponsors. With five bucks in your pocket, you won't be able to buy traffic, so you'll have to go back to that first option. That means building a website about a topic that interests you, spend the majority of your time building traffic to the site, and THEN put up some ads. It might be an old-school model in this business but it still works just fine and offers long term rewards versus just buying someone else's traffic.

There are also some models which don't require your own website or for your to buy PPC traffic. Content unlocking, participating in forums (not forum spamming), etc. If you search Warrior Forum, you should see a ton of posts on how to start that way, though my preference is still to build your own site.
