adcenter and cpa

is anyone using adcenter to advertise cpa offers? this will be my first time, and i was wondering if there were things i should definitely do, or things i definitely should not do?

any tips would be great!

also, apparently direct linking is fine, but would it be better to have a landing page? i signed up to them because they allow direct linking (i actually asked them and told them it was cpa).

would a landing page improve my chances of converting? drastically?

also (sorry!), what do i put on a landing page? just say the offer is for an xbox or an ipad. what do i make the landing page about? and how do i then get them to go to the offer without redirecting them (not allowed?)?
