Anyone know the HTML to make a rotating banner?

Hi, I am trying to find out how the HTML to create a rotating banner on my site.

I want it to rotate between different CPA offers.. Anyone know how this is possible?

PS: I'm on GoDaddy's website tonight builder if that helps. I know it's really limited but I think I should be able to do this, since I can add HTML to blocks. I just cant edit the actual page HTML.

I've never used GoDaddy's services but this can be done with a simple PHP script. Assuming you might not be familiar with PHP, you can paste the script code into a HTML document and it will become funtional once you've renamed the file extension of the file to ".php".

If you cannot rename the file extension then I think you're out of options, as I'm fairly confident there's no way of going about doing this with just HTML.

Supposedly you plug in your info and click generate and out comes the code. Hope that helps
