Questions about running a PPV campaign

I signed up with addonnetwork. Should I be sending traffic to the main landing page of my cpa offer or should I be using a banner for pop under traffic?

Also how does the bidding work? For one of the keywords I might use there are bids of 0.0134, 0.0133, 0.01, and 0.005. If I bid 0.005 when will my pop under show?

You probably wouldn't use a banner, you would most likely either direct link or send traffic to a landing page

it depends on the network, best bet is to ask your AM.. normally the top bid will get a large percentage of the traffic, then 2-4 will get a smaller portion
