Hi,
When I signed up for Max Bounty, so my application was rejected because there you have contacted.
And my question if there's someone who could help me create a user and confirm it,
I really thank him for it!!

You mean you want some one to create account for you ? That`s not gonna work bro . I will advise you to re-apply and Contact valerieh Maxbounty Affiliate manager she is very nice lady , And be specific how you are going to promote offers , BE YOUR SELF And every thing will be fine , Contact valerieh at valerieh@maxbounty.com , and one more thing no one is going to create account for you because its very risky . What if some one create an account and you do something naughty with network ? all liability will be on the person who created account for you using his own info ..

This is against their TOS, and *when* they find out you did this, it will be an instant BAN. If you do it, that is.
