How to direct link on Google AdWords (or use PLR with tracking)?

I know some people are doing it, the question is, how are they doing it without getting their AdWords account banned? How can I direct link with AdWords and use a Prosper202 (or tracker202) generated link to track?

IF not allowed, how can we track PLR's with Prosper202 because the personal landing page would no longer have the subID in the URL... any ideas?

They use complex scripts and BH methods.. It's not worth it, eventually you will lose your accounts..
