Landing Page Redirect

I'm confused about this... for example you take this landing page:

Now, the landing page is asking certain questions BUT the offer obviously requires DIFFERENT form information. Do we iFrame our own forms in that area or just redirect upon button click to the CPA offer?

By own forms do you mean the forms for the cpa offer? If so then no Iframe cpa offers require that the whole page be displayed in an Iframe. The simplest solution would be to redirect to the cpa offer

For that specific site - You could either collect the info yourself, or iframe.. normally for landing pages I recommend either collecting emails or just have a bill call to action to click on the link to the offer
