After looking at a bunch of e-mail & zip submit offers yesterday, I think I would feel a little dirty promoting them. Most of them, of course, advertise that you get something really awesome for free. The reality, however, is that the customer must either sign-up for other paid offers... or perhaps complete a bunch of surveys... in order to qualify. (All of this is in fine print, of course). To me, it borders on false advertising. Anyway, I just wondered if these types of offers make anyone else here feel a little dirty. Yes, they are legal... but that doesn't necessarily mean they are honorable. |

If there are some sort of paid sign ups entailed after the email or zip submit, I would say it's entirely a false advertising. But completing surveys is fine with me as long as they are free like CPAlead surveys.

I find them a little annoying but overall I don't have too much of a problem with them. I understand that nothing is really free so... Ed |

...and to make matters worse, I just found a "Free UFC Gift Card" offer on PeerFly that allows users to purchase items at TheUltimateFighterStore.com, WECstore.com, and PrideStore.com. Unfortunately, none of these websites actually exist! Free $500 UFC Gift Card Which Can Be Used on Imaginary Websites! Simply Give Us Your Contact Information! ![]() Of course, this has left a very bad taste in my mouth... as I now fear that many of these promotional offers are not even achievable. (Shouldn't the CPA network verify this??) Out of curiosity, have you found that some CPA networks carry higher integrity offers than others? If so, I would love to hear your recommendations. |

Can you show a screenshot? That sounds 100% like false advertising if it's true. I've never heard of any of those websites, but I see Pridestore.com has nothing to do with MMA! LMFAO |

I'm a mentor in the freebie industry, so I understand how these offers work, and the fact that you can pick from a selection of other offers to achieve your prize is okay, and understandable, but yes if it promises you something and doesnt give it, well then yes Id agree. What you also must consider is the fact that most of these offers can either benefit you or a loved one and you still get the free Ipad or laptop or whatever it may be. So there's a lot that goes into it, and some are shadier than others, but overall I think it is okay and not to be perturbed by ![]() Jeremy |

Trial offers for Health stuff, Teeth Whitening, E-Cigs paying $40-$70 are usually the shadiest. They usually just start banging your credit card with charges, and make it very hard to get out. That way, they can get away with as much money as possible before you have to shut down your CC and STOP all the charges. |

Some offers I can agree with can be very shady but some are legitimate as well you just have to weed out the good from the bad. And that sometimes can be very tough.

Yes, and no. Depending on the company some of them actually provide that valuable item they are giving away for free. I remember the Gratis networks from back in the day that operated similarly. I have gotten stuff in the past so I think some may be okay, but there is no real way of being absolute about it.

So... are there any CPA networks that actually verify whether or not the offer is legit? (Seems like all of them should!) |
