Landing pages for email/zip submit offers?

Do YOU guys usually make landing pages for these kind of offers? I've seen some niche websites that actually request the zip ON the landing page itself... how does that work :S? Does it automatically submit it to the offer?

What kind of landing pages are you supposed to actually make for these kind of offers because as I understand it, you're supposed to forward people to the offer after (redirect) after your landing page itself (perhaps collect their email on the landing page itself).

Why is it that some offers I see have a landing page that requests ALL the information on the landing page, what's the point of that if the person is redirected to the actual offer and has to refill it all out again?

It really depends on your traffic source and what technique your using

Yes, i usually use landing pages for email submit offers.

Also not to forget... There is a few VERY EASY Plugin for wordpress from which u can make very easy landing page for your email/zip submit offers.
Try searching for "wp splash plugin" and u will find a few out there, Good Luck!
