Does a Simple landing page works for PPC?

Hi Warriors,

Is it possible to create a simple landing page and earn some money with Adcenter or other search engines?

I mean it can't be that easy.Whats your experiences?

1-Creating a simple landing page.
2-Creating your campaign
3-Publish it and wait.

With adcenter you will need a more complex site, but for other search engines and traffic sources a simple one will do
