Hi, Can you recommend a niche within CPA that's good for newbies and one that would be e little easier for SEO rankings? I realize that all of them are competitive to one extent or the other but I would like to know which ones are a good idea to stay away from and which ones are not quite as difficult to rank in? |

Hi, I don't think you are going to get a direct answer to your question, as anyone who finds a low competition offer that works is not going to give it away. I will share what worked for me, but you will have to do your own homework. Go through CPA offers and find things that interest you. If you are interested in them you will be more likely to learn about them and write good content for your site. Research the keywords that will drive targeted visitors to your site looking for what you have to offer. You must learn keyword search principles, and I would recommend you get a good keyword search tool. Keywords need to be relevant to your site's content, have decent exact match searches volume, and have low to medium competition. If you do not compete for your keywords you will not rank on page one, and people will not find you. Page one, position one is your goal. Open your mind when doing keyword research. Keyword tools will make suggestions for you, but don't discount what that gray matter inside your own head can come up with. Think about this.....You may never be able to rank for "Garden hoses", but maybe you could rank for "How often should I water my lawn", or "Will saltwater harm my grass?" I'm not sure those would get the targeted visitor I mentioned earlier, but I think you get the point. |

nothing works like a targeted keyword. The best of all, long tail keywords. Enure you work on it adequately

Search the CPA networks, look for offers that are outside the regular niches.. like as seen on tv, certain products, etc, etc

In addition, you can take on competitive markets, and I actually recommend it, since the pain is primal in most cases. However, you need an angle in order to splinter them. One angle a good friend used was targeting former convicted felons with bizopp offers since they can have a tough time getting jobs. Mystery shoppers ---> bizopp is another one. Someone searching for "stuffing envelopes" would be lead to bizopp as well. Make sense? You're still in massively profitable markets but splintering/segmenting them to avoid competition. | |
