About youtube Ads

Hello I've noticed that whenever I type something in on YouTube that there's an Ad for it. It's something like Keyword Ad placing. What do you think this would be called? I would like to know more about it as it would bring my CTR up by A LOT. This is probably something private for YouTube, but I want to try something similar at least.

Are you talking about the Clickable link which pops up middle of the video. If you have your own video you can go to the promote your video section and set it up. It use to be cpc but now it cpv.

If you want to advertise your link on other peoples video you have to set it up by using google adwords.
