create landing pages and post link to your landing pages then put the affiliate link on your landers.

use the iframe tab of your fan page as either a squeeze to collect opt-ins right there from the fan page, or use that tab as a gateway to an offer.
use fb ppc to build real targeted fans, and provide REAL, 2-Way communication through your wall to engage your fans.

What I would do is build a website with a blog in it. On each page, make the CPA offer, but have different content each day. That way, while you are sending them to the same domain, it's a different page each day and you are giving them something worthwhile. Just be sure to do this 1-3 times a day and no more.

Link to your website from facebook pages. And if your facebook pages have enough activity they will get converted in your website.

Are you saying content-locking is spammy?

I couldn't argue with that, as I'm not a big fan of the method. Your fanpages could be put to much better use.

Before you post your affiliate links,make sure that you post some valuable information to your fans and build reputation among them. Then try posting your affiliate links you will get lots of conversions.

You shouldn't get banned for spam for posting links on your Facebook fan pages!

That is what they're there for, to post on!

As long as you own the fan pages and your not spamming other peoples fan pages you should be fine posting links to webpages that have your affiliate links in them.
