When I tried to setup a website it keeps saying url is inaccessible when it really is working. I tried contacting my AM but no response for like 2-3 days already.

Have you tried to call them? Email/IM isnt always the most effective way to get a hold of someone. Their hotline is +1 (323) 834-9990. Good luck.

Call up your AM, that is what you need to do for issues like these
