the best niches are dating and making money online! You can build fanpages and get targeted fans by doing some free methods. I believe there are a couple of great WSO's regarding fanpage monetization.

I tried to put my links in my fan page but the links were rejected by fb for being spammy. Seems that fb doesn't allow peerfly links

Here is what i do in such situations

Go To Your Hosting Cpanel and create a sub domain
Once sub domain is created , now redirect it to offer page
Shorten your sub domain with bit.ly
Post on Facebook

Try FB CPC first then move to CPM when you get good CTR.

I just added a post on my blog with a tutorial that has a little more detail then we are used to seeing regarding this issue. Part 1 is up now, Part 2 will be posted in a few days. I got a little busy and had to break it up into two parts.

CPM is less effective than CPC. With same ad copy, you are bound to get more click in CPC then CPM. Facebook has restricted it.

I do fine with CPM as well, even better than CPC some times using same ad copy.

Facebook or adwords ? Both are opposite of each other.
