how to generate free traffic for cpa ?

im looking to generate free traffic on a basis how harder or more you work how more traffic you get ( converting traffic not like traffic exchance that you get 500 of visiters but not 1 convertion) also i cant do offline marketing becuase my country doesnt have good offers

does anybody has an idea?

fan page on facebook

There are plenty of free traffic methods you can use to promote cpa offers with, and they can be extremely lucrative once you have got a proper business model set up.

You can look into

SEO Marketing
Social Media Marketing
Videos
Forums
Blogs
Offline

There are plenty of threads here on this forum that will certainly help you out.

Try Social networks, like facebook, twitter, google + .. etc
Them make 1 page blogs on free platforms: Blogger, Wordpress... promoting different offers
Bookmark each blog, on as many bookmark sites : Digg, StumbleUpon...
Create web 2. 0 propierties around each blog:Squidoo lens, HubPage, a few Youtube videos..
Bookmark each web 2. 0 property
Do this every day, and you will see how traffic, and conversions will increase day by day
