Traffic is the key for a successful CPA offer. So find the sites that has it and a lots of it. The way to do this is first of all use a URL scraper along with google keyword tools. Then go to the sites and find the ones that offer shared revenue programs. That way you get your CPA offers posted and free traffic at the same time.
