Please recommend me one thread here that can help CPA newbie

Hi;
I already earn few hundreds with CPA.
But, I'm totally lost because, the earning I made before was accidently done, and I don't know, what I'm doing so can't scale it up.

Thus, I want to learn from pro here.....

What should I do, where should I start and everything. Could you guys, recommend me, one thread that can help me to start.

I've already registered with Blam Ads and CPAWay. And, the promotion I made money before was coming from email submission type of offer, where there just pay me $1.20 per lead.

ps : if you guys have good experience learning from good ebook, please recommend it to me too.

Also make sure you do a search on here, it's really hard to give advise if we don't know what niche you want to do, or which traffic source, or techniques, etc?
