list of cpa platforms

Does anyone have a list of cpa platforms or software, forget what its called, if you are looking to start up a network. I know there is has offers, cake marketing, any others? Also which would you prefer, which has a better gui. Testing out demos for those.

How many budget do you prepare for your network? I personally think creating your custom platform is the best way to go.

I think Affiliatepaying hit it right on there, so many people really under-estimate how big of a budget you really need before getting started

Depends, how much of a budget would I need for creating this platform. Where would be the best place to look for someone to create this. I have a good amount to start off with.

If you don't have the resources or budget for a custom platform, I'd recommend Hasoffers because it's very straight forward and easy to use and they are constantly updating features in their system and it's all automatic so you don't need to do anything. Cake is a great one too but not as good as far as adapting and evolving as a platform.
