Need Draft Revenue Sharing agreement

It will be greatly appreciated if anybody can assist with either providing me with a draft text or directing me to a source for a draft revenue sharing agreement for a situation where I will approach owners of a niche site carrying mainly paid advertisements and offer to place carefully selected CPA and other affiliate banners on the highly applicable to the general theme of the website site on a revenue sharing basis of 70% to site owner and 30% to me

So you are looking to be the affiliate manager for a site and take a 30$ cut for your efforts?

I'm just trying to clarify as a revenue share agreement made me think of sites that split the revenue they make with their authors.
