Version 1.7.2 is a flop. Lost everything and I'm not the only one.

Will have to scrub the entire domain and maybe I can recover, but I won't be uploading 1.7.2.

• Updated interface - Prosper202 was originally built for ppc, as affiliates like you found out it was powerful enough to power other forms of marketing such as social, email, display and more, it just made sense that we make changes in our UI to reflect that fact. It's now easier for newer users to get up and running with less confusion.

• Delete notifications - Have you accidentally deleted something in Prosper202 while working on campaigns? I know I have done this multiple times, as of this new release you will have to confirm deletes before they are committed.

• Data management tools - Many times after accumulating a ton of clicks, the database becomes sluggish. There has always been instructions on how to manually clear out old data from all the tables, but for most people this is too time consuming and difficult. This new feature allows you to clear out all the click tables with a simple click.

Before I was using just tracking202. Does this mean I have to transfer over to prosper202? I'm a little confused about the direction when I go to prosper202 to download. Does anybody have an easy guide to help out? I'm just starting in IM and I don't have a PHP, website or anything like that? How do I use prosper202?

Tracking202 and Prosper202 are the same thing, the only difference is that one is hosted and the other is self-hosted.

Ok, I must not be getting something b/c installing prosper202 is becoming rather difficult and annoying.

Where can I get free hosting b/c I really don't want to pay for hosting with prosper202.

You can not. Prosper requires you to have your own hosting, which actually is very cheap.

I doubt you will be able to find this and if you do I'd doubt the reliability, if your promoting CPA offers this is the backbone of your business and def not something to cheap out on

Yep, as Chris mentioned, you CAN'T cheap out on your hosting. Back in the day I made the same mistake, and got shut down by my cheap hosting company while i was sleeping.

They said I was using too much server resources. The money I lost in the few days that it took to fully recover would have paid for a year of "expensive" hosting.

BTW: The official recommended host for Prosper202 is Beyond Hosting.

Can you use the like of Hostgator or Bluehost to host Propser202?

I see they are recommending Beyond Hosting but a VPS starts at $39.95 per month.
