I found an cpa offer for free McDonalds gift card and I think to promote it by flyer but would McDonalds mind if I use their logo on the flyers?

Of course they would mind. It's a violation of their Trademark. As are most of those free gift card offers.

Nothing says classy like McDonalds.

It's a CPA offer for a McDonalds gift card, so why not use a photo of a McDonalds gift card as an alternative to their logo?

All those CPA offers are violating trademarks. They work because all the companies do is send cease and desists...

Just put something like "Burger Lovers:" at the top. Avoid using their logo. You could take a picture of a big mac I guess..

I'm confused on why you'd want to do a flyer to do this. I think its not a winning solution.

Know that a lot of these email submit offers go down after days, or worse, they dont like your traffic and shut you off. Don't invest your time into making flyers.

I think that would be just asking for trouble.. stay away from using unauthorized content.. whether it's a logo or anything.. and this is for your own protection..

I'd have to agree. Definitely NOT worth your time.

Say you make 1,000 flyers. If you are lucky, 1% convert. Flyering converts terribly. That means you get 10 conversions. What's that? About $15-$20?

It will cost more in printing. If anything, get an offer that at least pays decent.

McDonald will not only mind, they may not like it at all ;-). Also, flyers don't work so well with a very low conversion rate. It may be a better idea to promote online.

The way I see it working is if you have a domain that use to market, and then flier people at McDonads? Ie, you register GREATMCDEALS.com or something (TM problem, yah) and then always have deals there.

I think you should not use their logo for promoting your CPA offer. Just use any thing, which is interesting to people, but have no relation with any trademark issue.

Believe it or not if they found you then can even sue you for trademark violation or even worse so just for some small bucks dont let yourself get behind the bars.

Maybe their Burgers are good but you cant say if the owner is also good like his burgers lol
