**Copeac is not paying and not answer my messages**

Unfortunately I have to report a situation that is getting hard to be resolved and I am here alerting all the members in this respected Internet Marketing Forum.
My company is an Copeac affiliate for over 2 years where we have been generated more than 100k in revenue during this period. Unfortunately in the last 60 days we are having serious problems with payments and communications with this network.

We all have financial problems in our business as they might be having but what we really can not understand is the lack of communication and what would motivate a company with this size to adopt this posture with its older affiliates. We´ve tried several contacts but unfortunately the only thing we got were terrible excuses and false promises.
I´ve stopped the traffic last Saturday and, again, no communication has been made until now.   I hope this is resolved as soon as possible and will update here once it is done or not done.  

Coming to a public forum was the last thing I wanted to do because I DO believe in talking and communicating as ways to solve problems but taking into consideration all I have seen so far it might be the only way to get through to them as other methods of communication were mostly ignored.

This is odd, normally Copeac is very good, especially in situations like this, who have you talked to from there, if I were you I'd try to get a hold of Mike if all else fails

I tried contacting Valerie and she told me the company is facing no such crisis. Can you all please confirm for which month your are not being paid ?

Obviously they won't tell they are currently broke but copeac is a top network dunno why people facing payment problems well the top publishers must surely be getting paid might be a glitch in the payment system.

Hello guys,

After numerous attempts, Steve finally got in touch with me on (10/08):

We have Approval to release funds owed to you That Are on the 15th of this month ...
I believe the 15th of the month lands on a weekend so That payment would be sent Monday.

*Funny no?

This morning I sent him an email asking if my payment was sent. Unfortunately no response and no payment was made.

I hope that was not just a tactic used by him to gain more days to continue deceiving me and the others here. I tried contacting him through AIM, also without success. The next step will share all emails sent by him here.

Copeac owe me $17,300.

It is clear that Copeac is facing some problems...based on the FTC action against them and numerous posts here and wf. Pace don't stand up and defend Copeac when you are not owed money...you are quite a character.

Hey everyone:

The FTC is cracking down hard on the health industry and trial offers. I have seen this first hand, as someone I know that was a top advertiser at Copeac has been shut down. Raided his office and collected all files and computers as evidence and scrubbed the hard drives! STIFF state and fed fines and court hearings. Its really nuts. As others have noted, Copeac also is taking similar heat from the FTC. The penalties are stiff, to the tune of millions in fines both state and federal.

Stay away from trials, using tv network logos on landing pages or sites, and using actors/celebs names without permission seems to be the big target. Also, the failure to handle cancellations and refunds of trials in a timely manner. Just a heads up in case you didnt know already

I am done with them....just giving enending excuses.....we moved offices,our top management went out.....hence we cant release payments...this,that,faked stories.......am tired of it.just left it to GOd.

Brazilian, did you ever get your money? For me last month's payment was actually quite on time, but this thread made me quite nervous about the 5k they still owe me. Stephen has not been very responsive the past week and ignores my questions about the state op the company.

I am very surprised to know that they paid you last month and so far I have not received anything from the 17k that they owe me. Now, I'm sending a message directly to Mike and asking him about it and as soon I receive a response I'll write an update here.

I emailed Mike, he replied they're in a bad place right now and unable to make publisher payments. He hopes the legal issues will be resolved soon so things can go back to normal.

I wasn't quite reassured by his email! Damn not getting the 5k they owe me would be an absolute nightmare! Does anyone here have more (inside) information about Copeac's chances to survive this?

That is all this company had to do in the first place was be grown up about it and i am sure people would be still mad they had to wait for legal issues to be resolved but they wouldn't of lost as much respect as they did by clamming up about it.

The Truth will always get you further in the end. Example yes sorry our assets are frozen but i personally promise once these legal issues are settled i will do all in my power to pay you. Now yeah people will stop sending traffic oh well can't expect them to push traffic if they are unsure when they will get paid. However when this bs is settled and you start paying people they would one be relieved but they will know you was honest from the start and chances are start pushing again.

Oh well live and learn i guess

My first post on Warrior Forum and unfortunately not for the Good. Copeac owes me a lot of Money. No One is answering my IMs, Emails etc. This includes Stephan, Valerie and Mike. Worst part is they pretend as though they are working with their accounting department to release my funds, but that never happened. For Newbies out there -- "STAY AWAY FROM COPEAC". Copeac does not pay on time , Ever.

I believe that MIKE have spent a great holiday with all the money from several honest people who have invested in COPEAC. He still not answering my messages and I can not imagine how someone can still send traffic to them.

Copeac owes me a lot of Money. No One is answering my IMs, Emails etc. This includes Stephan, Valerie and Mike. Worst part is they pretend as though they are working with their accounting department to release my funds, but that never happened. For Newbies out there -- "STAY AWAY FROM COPEAC". Copeac does not pay on time , Ever.
