Promoting Pre-orders for software, movies, video games

I wonder if Amazon would let you collect the affiliate % from the initial pre-order purchase, AND the full game purchase that will come later..

Where in the world should I look for the answer to that one?

Not to sound a bit simple about it but have you tried asking amazon ?

As far as I know, they don't do this though.
