Hello Warriors, I have been working with lot of traffic sources and networks this year I can name from them Bing (PPC), Facebook (CPC), POF (CPM), Direct CPV (PPV) Leadimpact (PPV), Adhitz (Banner advertising) and 7search (PPC). The result is that I made most ROI using 7search with almost 10% of my budget. Believe it or not 7search PPC is my #1 traffic source for this year. ![]() So what is you best paid traffic source for this year? |

| My success key on 7search is the tracking. Without tracking your winner keywords it will be hard to optimize and scale your campaigns and make money.

Adsonar but that was for the first quarter of 2011. ----> ![]() Ryan and I have squeezed $XXX,XXX.XX out of quite a few traffic sources such as Facebook, Adwords, Bing, Media Buys, PPV and Direct Site Buys but nothing as sweet as that 1st quarter gravy this year. |

I personally think niche PPC platforms and niche and private media buys are where the opportunity is at right now for the upcoming few years. Think a little outside the box here! |

I use facebook advertising from 2010 until now. its good ppc advertising if you know how to get exactly product and demographic target. its important because fb ads use demographic like country, age, gender, education, interest, etc

My best is Bing, Lead impact and 7 search. But in 7search I get mixed results everytime, sometimes I make a lot using 7search and in some days don't even get back what I have invested in them. |

According to my experience in 7search I invested for some time. I did not got loss but did not got much profits in it. And Facebook advertising is the best income source for me from 3 years. It has good target advertising.

Google is one of the tougher platforms to do any type of affiliate marketing on. Now your funnel needs to be so indirect to pass the restrictions that it really drives down conversion and your margin therefore suffers. There are still many people profiting, but it's tough and getting tougher!

7search has been the best ROI wise. A lot fail with it because they treat it like they used to run their Adwords accounts. |

Just look at the top paying 500 keywords on 7search to see all the pharma crap. It's hit and miss, but we've had some huge winners. Remember ad scheduling/day parting and cut all the non-performers out of your campaign and keep testing new keywords :-)

I've been using the paid traffic idea's, however they are no where near what free traffic (article and forum marketing) have produced for me. I used to have awesome results with PPC, however it seemed like overnight the results ran into a wall and fell apart.

To each his own but we've spent millions with Google for over a half-decade as affiliates, advertisers and I've helped managed countless campaigns on Adwords with affiliates as an Affiliate network owner. They don't like affiliates? That isn't correct but only because we are still advertising as affiliates on there with 7 figure spends with them. In truth, they don't like affiliate sites that don't add value. It's as simple as that. Not trying to push anyone into Adwords but by discrediting them as a traffic source would be to give up traffic from advertising sources such as: Search Ads: Computer Tablets Mobile phones Display Network Promoted Video Ads On Youtube Click to Play Ads On Display Network Google TV Ads Mobile Ads: Text Ads Click To Call Call Extensions Click To Download Hyperlocal Ads Ad Sitelinks And this isn't all of their advertising options. Yep, there is more consistency when you start driving more and more traffic...essentially when your sample size is larger. It's certainly frustrating when working with smaller traffic number because a keyword can make you a few hundo one day and the next day you can lose money from it. At the end of the day, there will be good days and bad ones, it's just a matter of making the most out of the good ones and minimizing the bad ones!

Well, that's an interesting discussion here. But I personally promote my offers using media buying based on CPM. It also works well. Have to try 7search as well. Maybe I will switch on to another strategy after that. |

There is no "best". I know affiliates who have generated millions on Facebook, Adwords, PPV, Mobile and Media Buying. All those traffic sources are still primed to generate more millions with. My advice: Don't run around trying keep up with the "best" "hottest" traffic source. Master one, then you can move onto another. |

It's true they don't like affiliate sites that don't add value. You can't do what you used to get away with on there anymore. Lots of guys are cloaking Adwords still and always have, but it's the ones putting up doorway pages that Google hates. You can still use them, it's just more work then it used to be, that's all. |

Maybe read this. Been advertising for a half-decade and never been "suspended" or "banned". Think more towards "Lead Generation Funnels" and not lazy direct linking, review pages or that crap that has been and still is being preached. Guaranteed, you'll have much better results. Quote:

In terms of what Ruck said this is really important. He said "quality" content. I keep hearing people recommend that you need XX number of pages of content on your site, and all this stuff to "get past" adwords. Believe it or not, you can have a 5 page site running on Adwords just fine. It's not the amount of content that's important, and I'll go on record as saying it's not even about providing articles and such. It's about looking legit. I know that doesn't really explain much, but just think of being the merchant and you'll get it. Host and Post, white labeling offers/supps, etc. Lot's of ways to do it without getting as involved as most offer owners would. Now, as far as SEO rankings... I will also go on record as saying the quality of the content doesn't matter as much as people think, and not as much as the quality and relevance of your linking strategy and domain. It's more about relevance, than quality when it comes to the content it seems. I'm not an SEO guy, but I have a couple sites right now ranked on the first page of Google for fairly competitive keywords, which is only 2 pages... and the style of page and offers associated would no way in hell be allowed on Adwords right now. I mean, if Google insists on giving me free traffic for that site and not let me put it on Adwords, who am I to argue with them. Will that change? Googles algo's are getting better all the time. But they've always been a relevance engine first and foremost.... just don't think it's about the amount of content as much as it is the relevance of it.

It's been said all the time that content is king and Google loves it. Make your site stand out from others, be sincere about your products/services, give all the details about everything without any strings attached, these are what G wants and it's not because of affiliate link, Adwords is not just for business owners. Don't take Adwords out of the equation, this component alone will likely contribute a big percentage of your 100% success and in term of traffic quality, Google is THE BEST and no question about it. |

| This is absolutely false and a simplistic way of thinking....for you affiliates out there who are considering Google you just have to stop thinking like most "quick hit" affiliates... Google content network is still a goldmine for affiliates...its a goldmine for "real" outside the box affiliates and will always be a goldmine for affiliates... People who say it hates affiliates have a "narrow" perspective of what affiliate marketing is...in my opinion... Just go on any site and check out the ads there are still thousands of affiliates using google content including myself. |

The money you spend within your objective for unique visitors will have success if accomplished right. You will get a huge overflow of visitors to your web page, that may result in much more revenue. Shelling out out for this visitors is a good idea.

Facebook was probably the best for me for 2011, but it's a new year and I have scaled off into newer mediums. The key to my success in Facebook though was making sure that I stayed with the platform. The worst thing you can do is jump around. There is no best source, it's what works best for you. If you don't spend the time to learn the platform, you won't find success.
