Which blog service can provide better ranking in google?

Blogspot
Wordpress
Weebly
or any other.

First of all, i would really encourage you to switch to a paid host, so that you can also have a real domain name.

I don't know any paid host. Also I think wordpress allows own domain hosting.

I would recommend you to use paid host such as hostgathor.
Yes you can WP allows own domain hosting but it is waste to use it IMO.
You will not be able to use many features if you choose WP's own domain hosting.

You can't use that domain for any other purpose like you can't create even one simple html page if you need in future and you can't create sub domains and etc...

Hostgator is place where you can host your sites.
It has nothing to do with any software.
Search in google you will get plenty of articles on what it is exactly.

Yes using cpanel Fantastico, you can install WP easily on your domain.
