Newbies: Organic vs paid traffic to CPA offers

Hello,

What do you suggest newbies focus on to bring in traffic to their CPA offers?

Is it better to let's optimize a wordpress blog and focus on long tail (sub niche) lower competition, high search terms? or is it better for beginners to focus on paid traffic?

I'm think SEO makes more sense but I wanted to get your opinions on that.

Check it out. In general, I normally suggest going the free route first and then migrating over when you have a solid foundation!

I agree with Kenster. Take the free route first. I find that a lot of people actually enjoy the free methods much more than paid, because there is so much less of a monetary risk involved.

Yep, I hate when I see people start jumping into PPC without even knowing how to create and split test a landing page. Even if you do know everything, you normally lose money at first!

So at least go with free until you have a solid foundation of hoe the process works...tracking, cloaking, landing page dev. and so on!

One More Vote for Kenster ,i myself started from free methods, i started with 0 investment made money, build websites tested ad placements and later invested in media buying and PPC and literally it helped me a lot because i already knew what works and what not .
