|  What network allowed local advertising for scholarship campaigns?
I'm going to advertise scholarship campaigns by doing offline campaigns in the campus so there would be a bunch of traffic from the campus/my neighborhoods. I spoke to CPAway and they won't allow it... does anyone know any good network that allow it? Thanks in advance.

MaxBounty and Neverblue don't seem to have a problem with this. However, you should probably still ask your AM to make sure you get credit for the leads. Quote:
