My answer for this questions was, I don't know what drops are and what does scrub against suppression means?

As I remember that was for Above all offers network application, and they approved me with this answers

If I am not wrong question is about your email marketing , how often you filter out people who don`t want to receive your emails anymore .

Tell them you don't use email marketing ( yet ). Just let them know you are interested in working with PPC directly-linking to offers to test on 7 Search or some other cheap platform.

Then say that once you find the profitable offers you plan to create landers and split-test different sales funnels.

When in doubt just be honest. It seems that saying you don't know what that means won't hurt. Haha but really you dont wanna be lying to a CPA network and making bogus answers up.
