How to use OfferVault? I am a bit confused. Desperately need Help. Thanks

Dear All,
I am total newbie in CPA stuff. I came to this forum and I am amazed by all the successful CPA Gurus showing the proof here.

Question 1.
I went to OfferVault after reading a thread here. I try to use the search tool on OfferVault, it has "set country" button.

Is the "set country" button for us to set which country to offer the CPA? Or it is use to set our own country?

Question 2.
I click search and it shows me a lot of CPA offers such as:
Daily Deal: SnapDeals - India
Incentivized Penny Auction - iPhone4 or iPad2 under $100 (US) (Incentive)
Mobile IQ Quiz - Moboo Trivia iPhone Black Norway (NO)

What is meant by India, (US) (Incentive) and the Norway (NO)? Does it mean those offers are for people from those country to promote? If I am from other country, can I promote them as well?

Question 3.
Do we need a website to promote CPA? Or we can directly promote without a website?

I really need help here.

I am trying to reach 4 figures from Internet. Thanks.

When it lists the country in the offer title, that is the country you should be targeting. The advertiser of that offer only (sometimes preferably) wants traffic from that country. It does not matter where you are from as the publisher/affiliate.

Incentive/incentivized traffic is a very specific way to use CPA, not all CPA networks allow that type of traffic, in fact most do not.

You do not need a website to promote CPA offers. It depends on what type of traffic you will be driving.

You need to figure out what type of offers you want to promote (dating or finance, for instance), you need to figure out what type of traffic sources you have access to or are willing to pay for, and you need to find a good CPA network that has the offers you want with high payouts and has helpful Affiliate Managers.

Thanks for the explanation. Now, I understand how it works. I manage to find some good offers in OfferVault, I click on the offer and it reach a page with a link "Network Signup".

I click on "Network Signup" to sign up for the offer?

What is Incentivized traffic? If the title mentioned (no cash incentive), what it means? I am confused about this.

Incentivized/Incentive/Incentivizable traffic means that you give someone a reward for filling out an offer. Cash incentive means that you pay someone cash to complete an offer. So "no cash incentive" means you can't pay someone cash for filling out an offer.

Thanks. If they mentioned no incentive, can we use PPV such as LinkBucks, Adf.ly and some others similar sites?

Singing up with a CPA network is sometimes very difficult for someone who is just starting out. You have to be honest in your application, but also show that you know what you're talking about. I'd recommend learning as much as you can about CPA before applying and singing up with a network.
