both traffic sucks..It will not work on cpa.

I was thinking that if I can get 1000 views on adf.ly and LinkBucks and get 1 or 2 people fill in forms and their emails, I would be able to make money from CPA. Is that going to work?

You can do this but the traffic is junk and you might not even get 1 conversion.

There are plenty of ways to promote CPA offers.
Just use search bar and you will get many in dept posts on each traffic sources and pick up any one and start your way to make $$$.
