Help in building lists

I want to use mobile advertising for a campaign but I want to generate a list first. Can anyone tell me how to build that list. The campaign is about home improvement. What I want is to know what should be in my landing page. It would be nice if you share a link to any of your landing page for list building(any niche). Thanks in advance.

The link for my landing page is below in my signature it has over a 50% conversion rate.

You can use that as a model but it is not related to your niche. My advice to you would be to check out the big dogs in your niche and see how they are building a list, what kind of freebies they are giving away etc...

Model your landing page after those - Just have a free ebook to giveaway, a list of free tips in home improvement etc... Just provide value and you should not have a problem.

Find the keywords you want to go after and then look at ALL the results on Page 1 Google. I mean ALL, both paid and organic ads.
