Where would be the best place to submit articles and redirect to CPA offers? Or should I have a landing page for this type of marketing?

hey using landing pages is the best option and you can get article directory list here

Speedy is bang on.

This way, when the aritcle directories change their TOS or anything else, you still own the landing page.

And then ad in a squeeze area so you can start building your list. That's where the real money is anyway.

I suggest never do direct linking. Create a landing page, there are free service like weebly, hubpages, squiddo and blogspot.
