Default Offers for "Email Only" <-- Question

I am not the email list guy, i am a SEO guy. I rank you whatever keyword you want

Here is my question:

There are some fantastic high paying offers in a certain niche, but the offers are all "Email Only".

If i make sites..drive traffic via SEO..and then i capture the emails of the visitors (via freebies etc.)...and THEN send them emails with those CPA offers...is this a good idea and is it legit to do?

In other words: My project would involve the list building and then send those people the "Email only" offers.

Otherwise..if you have ideas to get leads in certain niches, say legal or health...let me know please...

It's a great idea, but be warned that if you do this wrong it can backfire.

You don't just mail out CPA offers the first time you get someone on your email list. You have to first give them a lot of valuable stuff ( whatever you think they might consider "valuable" ), and then slowly slide into your promotions.

These spammers get a hold of my email addresses somehow all the time and send stuff like, "Hey You Just Won $1,000,000 Claim it by Clicking HERE NOW!"

Guess what happens to those emails? You can easily build up spam complaints if you are not careful.

It's a great idea and completely allowed. Plus you'll be building a list!
That being said...if you message your AM, they will often be able to get you the same offer that will allow SEO traffic.

I've done this for a couple of publishers.

Er just remember to check out the rules of the CPA

Some CPA offers don't allow you to use email lists or anything of that type. But overall this sounds like a great idea and it would definitely increase conversions on your subscription list :P I'm testing it out right now and get about a 15% signup rate to my list, which can result in upwards of 100 subscriptions in a single day.
