This is my first success. I finally managed to talk my way to approval for CPALead application. Thanks all for the guide.

I mentioned in another thread to get help from harrisunderwork for adscend media application. I hope you will see this thread.

I am coming to CPA world.

I am also working with CPALead, and I'm very happy with them. My affiliate manager is available on Skype everytime I need him. Their support is great, and the manager is very helpful.

Now you just need to start promoting their offers and earn money. Content locker is very good feature they offer, give it a try

Congrats! Since you got accepted now it's time to pick the offer and bring some traffic. There are many posts which will help you to drive traffic and techniques which help you to earn some great numbers!
