Minimum budget for PPV

Hi,
i am a newbie in CPA,can you tell me the minimum budget to start PPV?

There is no minimum budget although you need to deposit $100-$200 to activate a PPV ad network account. And I'd recommend that you start with leadimpact (high volume, good quality traffic, $200 initial deposit required).
