Hello,

I have a newbie question about adscend, I'm viewing offers right now

and here is an example:

GovtGrantLocator.com

converts at: email submit

Billions in government grant money is available each year! Millions go unclaimed. Thousands of citizens qualify. Why not you? It's your money!

US $1.10

It says it "converts at" email submit

so if a user comes in, submits his name, and email. do i get 1.10?

What if it is fake? what if they close out the web browser shortly after that? I went through the process myself, submitted my email, and then it gave me these weird advertisements afterwards.. Would my network fault me if someone felt the same as I did and closed out the page afterwards?

If it converts at email submit than you will get your payout as soon as some one submits his email and Humble advise don`t even think of fake things ,neither fill offers yourself !! CPA Network will easily track you and ban you

Unless you are offering some incentive, I would suggest to go with Peerfly.

Could you give me a few reasons why I would go with Peeryfly?

Adscend seems to have alot of good offers, and I am offering an incentive, but I'm learning so I'd like to try as many different ways as possible
