Organized CPA Profits!! (How To Do This?)

Hello,
I'm running 6-8 offers on POF ADS. I record the daily $$$ deposited into the account/s. And I also record the daily Gross on a piece of paper.

My question is.
How do YOU manage and organize your CPA efforts?
#1 What do you record?
#2 When do you record?
#3 Do you outsource this?
#4 What more can & should I record?

How do you do this?

If you have tracking set up, you can do this on auto-pilot. Using tracking pixels, subID's and other tracking protocols, you can easily see and view your profits/losses in one platform that is made specifically for that reason.

PoF has a very great in house tracking system. All you need to do is add your pixel to their tracking platform and you will see how many conversions you got right in front of you.

I used to use an excel spreadsheet to keep track of all my campaigns.

Now it's a custom coded, (by me), application that I use to track the campaigns going on.

Without it I'd be lost.

If we are talking about overall tracking - for me simple excel is enough.

And I we talk about tracking people, conversions I am using tracking pixels. I have coded nice script, which is doing for me some nice statistics on websites (who, from where, how etc)
