I need help with CPA

hello warriors where can I find somebody to build me a blog to promote CPA offers with content locking
I want somebody able to build a site for music, game cheats,or something that would help me promote these kind of offers.
no video clicks or movie previews since some cpa companies dont like this kind of incentive .

You can easily build blog by yourself using WordPress. It's free to use, simple to setup, and many free tutorials out there if you get stuck or need help with something.

But if you want to outsource it, then I would suggest you to take a look at Warriors For Hire section.

You could also buy some similar sites on Flippa for the content locking gateway..
