I am not sure how it works. I cam across a Site which is giving an Adwords Coupons free and also every month. It's a $50 voucher which can be used with new accounts ;) :

I do not know if this accepts any link. I am not able to post it as well.

Let me know how it works ? Adwords ?

i dont know about that. But very likely u'll get it banned before having your ads approved.

If I understand well, you will get a coupon for AdWords, you can use it to any campaign as you want.
Here in Poland I am receiving them very often

There are people giving away Adwords coupons, and they do work but people/sites which giveaway monthly, that's new thing, maybe they just give it to a number of people and skip the others

Google has agreements with several corporations that they will give away coupons for them, etc.. several webhosts give away google coupons on a regular basis as well.. but they are only valid for new accounts
