Perhaps some education offers? Chances are if people are into your geothermal energy page they are pretty academic individuals and enjoy learning. Any courses or educational offers could possibly work well. You really won't know until you split test!

I until now only thought about products and installations, but $5.000+ don't go over the counter daily (yet)

Investor leads and alternative energy leads. Fire up a form and capture some details of people interested ... then sell them on. Easy money!

Great ideas in this thread. I would also do some heavy searches for institutions and individuals that are involved with conferences and speaking engagements related to energy advancements, and make them offers for banner ad space.
