It took me a while to get through on the phone when I was trying to get approved on Maxbounty, but you should be able to email or instant message your AM to set up a time in advance.

I would say anything Mon-Fri 9-5 EST would be a good start

If you are gonna call, call them EARLY. Like 5 minutes after they open. lol otherwise you will be stuck having to schedule a time to call, or keep calling until they answer.
