how to sign up successful with Peerfly?

i have signed up two time with Peerfly but failed!
can anyone help?

or can anyone suggest other network well but easier to sign up?
because i now running some offers of WolfstormMedia and have alot of clicks but not any conversion,i want to try other network !!!!

peerfly isn`t that hard to get into bro just contact them , or try maxbounty

Speak with your account manager and they'll help you start seeing conversions. They can help you choose the right offer, and the right traffic source to make sure that your audience is targeted properly.
