Here is an example :
According to Google's TOS for Adwords: Don't promote anabolic steroids. Advertising is not permitted for anabolic steroids, muscle-enhancing stacks and cycles, bodybuilding steroid supplements, and related content, irrespective of an advertiser's claims of legality. but... if you go to Google Shopping and type in "anabolic steroids" you'll see lots of products. The same with Tobacco, et. al. Interesting. |

You need to search in Google Products. Not Google Search.
Adwords TOS is not applicable for Google Products. Did you check Google Products' TOS? |
