Affiliate Providers - Be careful with your scrub lists

I don't know if anyone else has heard about this but Carbonite seems to have gotten themselves into a bit of a pickle.

I know none of you have done this (good ole' whitehatters you!), but it seems like someone wearing a bit of a darker hat figured out that Carbonite included current subscribers in their affiliate promotion scrub list.

This is pretty much a net loss for everyone in the affiliate game.
Carbonite is starting to feel pressure from advertisers (people are calling for TWIT to boycott them as a sponsor).

In turn the CPA community will probably see a bit of a backlash from the big name product sales community - Moving toward more restrictions and only having quality, verified CPAs promoting their products.
