Default Banned from Adwords? Then try Adwords express

So Adwords Express concentrates more on opportunities for local businesses, but Im sure you could manage to advertise other opportunities in that way. So basically you can reach the whole adwords crowd, use your adwords credit, and do it without having to actually post an ad through your google adwords account. Now this is without "keywords", but google allows you to choose what kind of "groups" your business falls under. You can find out more about adwords express by going to the Google Places site.

Goodluck, hope you get unbanned, or at least that this works for yoU!

Never heard of Adwords Express. If it's very new then now might be the time to jump in on it! That is if you still have an Adwords account.

I don't quite understand... Are you saying that someone can use AdWords Express even if they've been banned from AdWords?

I would think that the new member would be immediately banned. Or if not immediately, later banned.

I agree. The last thing Google will tolerate is people spamming CPA offers in their "made for business only" platform. When they ban you it is for LIFE.

They would ban all accounts if we are going to promote CPA offers.
This won't be useful for us.
But I think would help business companies whose adwords account were banned before.
They get new life now.

I have a question, and maybe you could answer this Jeremy, but, can AW Express work for businesses that aren't brick & mortar/physical shops?..Meaning, could it work for internet based businesses that offer SEO services, E-commerce shops, etc. Or, do you actually need a physical location?.. I thought I read somewhere they also display a Google Places blip or whatever.

So after all the fuss in this thread, I decided to put my account on the line and ask Google myself.....

What I came up with was interesting, because when I go to my ad it is getting impressions, yet awards said that the ads wouldn't be running, yet I'm receiving impressions...... o_O

So?

As soon as they see an affiliate link, you'd be banned again!

That's very strange. Did your daily budget or whatever run out?.. Because from what I know, once your account balance is depleted, your ad stops running for that day. That doesn't make sense though. Maybe it's an error in there system or something?..

If you were banned it will be hard to get your account back... you can try to call them, but your chances are not very good.

So, in this case, the best would be to get a new IP and create a new account using someone else's name and CC#.

It's difficult to get your account back, and yes there are people who claim to be able to help you with that, but call adwords them selves at 8662GOOGLE

They have helped me and I realize where I have gone wrong, it's practically impossible to have an affiliate link in the body of your LP if you dont have enough content. Especially on newer sites.

You have to either completely change your business model depending on what it is, take off most affiliate links if not all, and have banners on the side. Google basically says that affiliate links are fine, they just cant be the sole reason for your landing page. Otherwise, it will be considered a bridge page and is the main reason the majority of people get banned.

I have gone through 2 resubmits so far with google, but still havent gotten unbanned yet, but Im trying my hardest to keep my affiliate links in there because my site was converting like crazy before the ban :\

I might have to take em down though, so well c.....it's such a PITA, I wish I could just delete the non compliant site and call it a day, but adwords needs you to make the non compliant site compliant if you want your account back. Whether you delete it or not.......yeah....... X_X
