I'd like to try another PPC engine other than 7search.. I use to have a account with directpvc but after their upgrades I still have 13$ in there and ive added multiple campaigns with zero impressions..

Is there anything else low cost per click, instant approval like 7search?

Yes try other 2nd tier-networks like miva/adknowledge, advertise.com, admarketplace.com, looksmart.com, findology they is a numerous number of ppc networks to try. But remember to test, track and analyze your data and optimize accordingly. to start with budget low and bid high enough to get impressions and clicks then analyze your data and optimize if you find a winner go full throttle.

There are lots of services just like 7search.com you just gotta be patience in finding them. But have you tried advertise.com or looksmart.com? They have the same services as 7search.com, you should give it a shot. I hope that helped you in a way or so.
