Default Some trouble with facebook ads

I started my first facebook ad campaign today. The campaign was meant to drive traffic to a fb page I created earlier today, called "Great Dane Lovers." This project was purely experimental-I had no intention of contacting my leads, I simply wanted to see what would happen. The two ads I created for this campaign were nearly identical. I won't divulge the specifics because the idea I used isn't mine (I got it from Donald Wilson) but they both had identical pictures, and nearly identical text. The text, picture, title, and landing page were all exactly related to each other. I set the bid at .30 CPM and waited for approval.

Oddly enough, the first one was approved but the second one was not because it did "not adequately reflect the product or service advertised." Though I couldn't see how an ad title "Great Dane Lovers" with a picture of one, a text mentioning loving Great Danes, and connecting to a page titled exactly the same (which had nothing on it but pictures of Great Danes and a post encouraging users to share their dog pictures) was irrelevant.

30 minutes into the campaign I have 15 likes who have begun to interact on the page, and a CTR of 0.15% (terrible). Suddenly, my fb page disappeared. All links connecting to it were broken. My ad links had been changed to direct to my main facebook page. I stopped the campaign immediately. I received an email from fb's advertising team, stating that I had broken the privacy policy because the landing page didn't have a disclaimer stating how I intended to use my leads. It warned me to remove my ads within 48 hours, and warned that if I broke their policy again my account would be subject to termination.

What troubles me:
1. I couldn't find a way to communicate with Facebook about my concerns (a reply to their email prompted an auto-response directing me to their Ads Help Center, which had no "submit a ticket" option to be found).
2. What do you do if you have no intention of using your leads-if you simply want to spend a little do to create an active page? It's very for people to have no motives for monetizing.
3. They deleted my page with no warning. I am lucky I didn't attempt this advertising method on an older, better-established page.
