Landing page issue

I'm venturing out a little from my regular list building using PPV.

I created a landing page to promote an affiliate offer, but my traffic network says I need to have disclaimers about being an affiliate and the offer above the fold on my landing page.

Are they just saying I need to have links to my privacy policy, TOC, and earnings disclaimers .... or do I actually need to have it all spelled out before I even send people to the actual offer?

The network is Lead Impct.

Your landing page should have privacy policy, TOS.
But confirm with some support staff from LI.

Dear James- Directly ask to authority-
Where and what format of PV, TC you must put in your landing pages.

Its important to put a link on your page which must be disclaimer to that specific landing page.

Usually they want you to say that you are not the merchant but an independent "reviewer" or "comparison site". Privacy and Terms are mandatory for a website from a legal point of view anyway, so you should never omit them.
