I'm venturing out a little from my regular list building using PPV. I created a landing page to promote an affiliate offer, but my traffic network says I need to have disclaimers about being an affiliate and the offer above the fold on my landing page. Are they just saying I need to have links to my privacy policy, TOC, and earnings disclaimers .... or do I actually need to have it all spelled out before I even send people to the actual offer? The network is Lead Impct. |

Usually they want you to say that you are not the merchant but an independent "reviewer" or "comparison site". Privacy and Terms are mandatory for a website from a legal point of view anyway, so you should never omit them. Any questions just let me know, Nick |
