Default New to CPA networks

Hi guys, I am new to cpa marketing, i have been banned from adsense, but i think is no second change for me, so let's not talk about it. I didn't knew about cpa about a few month ago, so i have a doubt, what is the difference between sale and lead?
sale=when a visitors pays to complete a offer?
lead=when a visitor don't have to pay to complete a offer?

Yes as you said, Sale is when you sell a product and lead is when a visitor complete or participate in a free offer, That could be submitting their email or zip address, Downloading a game, Completing a survey or any other form of free participation.

Lead - a person you have managed to convince to visit the page
Sale - the person you managed to convince to sign up the form or purchase the product

Your Success Online is Only Proportional to the Value You Provide

Yeah, email submits would be a good route for you, they page around $1 a each and convert as soon as the user clicks submit. You can try lots of CPA networks, but I'd use Rocket Dollars!

A lead is just whenever the visitor completes the pre-specified actions..

it can be as little as an email submit or name, address, phone, or even a full credit card submit

There are lot of effective methods that you can use to bring targeted traffic for your cpa offers. If you have budget, try PPC, PPV, Media buying or Facebook ads etc. If not, just try SEO, Social, article writing etc.

I would just say, not all "leads" are the same. Some require actually applying for a loan. They pay out more, but I imagine they are harder to get a conversion on.
